Ogee Arch Wall Fountain with Monolithic Trough

One slab of limestone rising to a pointed ogee arch, shouldered at each side and drawn round with a plain moulded border. A single forged iron spout curls out of the centre, and underneath sits a monolithic trough so heavy it needs timber bearers to stand clear of the ground. There is a light green cast across the lower stone where damp has always risen. The vocabulary reads as monastic, and it settles quietly into rendered or whitewashed walls.
